    It has been a long while since our last post. Life has been throbbing along as we navigate the tough and stressful elements that were thrown at us. There have been some resolutions but things are still uncertain. On a positive note, there have been signs of light at the end of the tunnel finally.     Wim Hof Method ( Highly Recommended)

    I have chanced upon the Wim Hof method. I do find it useful in calming my thoughts especially after a yoga session in the morning. The method mainly encompasses 2 activities namely, breathing and cold shower therapy. So cold therapy basically means a cold shower which I will take after my morning workout/Yoga session. After which, I will find a comfortable spot and lie down and do the breathing exercises- you could be in a seating position and any postures that make you at ease.
