It has been a long while since our last post. Life has been throbbing along as we navigate the tough and stressful elements that were thrown at us.

There have been some resolutions but things are still uncertain. On a positive note, there have been signs of light at the end of the tunnel finally.

During this challenging phase, apart from the exercise and yoga regime. We have also embraced meditation which has helped to calm the mind and senses when things are in their most chaotic state.

This app has aided me tremendously, as there are many great contributors to help us release anxiety, stress and emotions. The app is the Insight Timer App which I will strongly recommend for those who are experiencing extreme stress and feel overwhelmed currently. This is a life saver.

There will be thoughts of ending it all but do try to practice meditation using this app once, twice or even more a day. Using this app will certainly help you get out of the sudden sense of loneliness and being discarded by the world. This is another useful site where there are exact instructions for meditation that you can take solace from.

You live your own life so what other people thoughts about you is not important. You have to love yourself even more when the world seems to be against you. More importantly, all these thoughts are just fleeting emotions, given time, they will float away.

You won’t feel it is the end of the world forever, it might just take a day or even a week, but things will start climbing out of the abyss towards a more positive scenario. We just have to live a day at a time and be grateful to have survived yet another gruelling intense day.
