
Healthy Body Equates Good Mind and Soul
Given the fragility of life, where we won’t even know what to expect for the near term, especially so when you are in the state of a crisis. The nadir of sadness could only amplify our desire for a sane and peaceful mind with a calm soul to deal with the numerous curve balls thrown towards us.
As always, meditation and workouts are in my opinion the best natural remedies to nurse our soul and body to a healthy state. Being positive to move our life forward is paramount and we should bravely meet the obstacles that come our way with our best efforts.
Therefore, we need not only a strong mind but also a tip-top body condition to create an excellent mindset to face the adversities ahead. I am sure we will be able to combat, vend off the negative vibes and craft out a best-case scenario for ourselves come what may.
I have been doing some advanced level workouts from this youtube fitness guru. It has indeed been gruelling and you will surely be super sweaty given the challenging sequence. For those who are fit, you can have a go. After all, once we release the endorphins, you should naturally feel much better no matter your state of mind. We might be down but we are not out. Instead of overthinking, we should just take it one day at a time. Building and having a fabulous body would be a bonus while we are in a state of limbo.
