Healthy Body Equates Good Mind and Soul

Given the fragility of life, where we won’t even know what to expect for the near term, especially so when you are in the state of a crisis. The nadir of sadness could only amplify our desire for a sane and peaceful mind with a calm soul to deal with the numerous curve balls thrown towards us. 4-7-8 Breathing Stress Relief

Recently, I have been to a course and chance upon a therapist, she was sharing methods of relieving stress during our lunch break conversation. Serenity of MacRitchie Reservoir

MarRitchie Reservoir is one of my favourite places to go for a stroll. It was constructed in 1867. RIP Lesley

Life is indeed fragile. Recently, I just got to know about the death of my online yoga teacher, Lesly Fightmaster. I have been following her yoga videos during this extreme period of recovery; from the immense stress and negative thoughts. It has aided me tremendously as I have clearer thoughts after each session. It was indeed a great therapy that I am really thankful for. We should embrace the present as seriously we do not know what is going to happen tomorrow. Live well, enjoy life and love oneself. Rest In Peace, Lesly. Your legacy will flow on.  Lesly’s Youtube Channel

We are always tempted to check on the latest updates on our social media platforms. We also can’t keep our mind at ease without checking any work emails or issues.   It reminds me of a friend’s idea of retiring in Bhutan. With internet connection not always available, it might not be a bad idea for a well-balanced lifestyle. We are leading a life where we are tempted to be always wired on- the devices are having control over…
