Charlie Chaplin Famous Quotes
Even the greatest and most acclaimed comedian of the 20th Century have his down days. This could be inferred from the numerous quotes that he has left us. He has lived a meaningful and fulfilled life as he left us at the ripe old age of 88 years in 1977. All it needs is courage, imagination … and a little dough.” “You’ll never find rainbows if you’re looking down.” “We think too much and feel too little.” “Nothing is permanent in this wicked world, not even our troubles.” I…

Wim Hof Method ( Highly Recommended)
I have chanced upon the Wim Hof method. I do find it useful in calming my thoughts especially after a yoga session in the morning. The method mainly encompasses 2 activities namely, breathing and cold shower therapy. So cold therapy basically means a cold shower which I will take after my morning workout/Yoga session. After which, I will find a comfortable spot and lie down and do the breathing exercises- you could be in a seating position and any postures that make you at ease. For the breathing exercise, it is relatively simple, you just have to take 30 deep breathing cycles and after which you will hold your breath…
