This website was started as an avenue to pen my thoughts while going through the darkest ages of my life. I know that I have fallen but am not out. Hence, I wish to chronicle my recovery from this depressive stage. Hope I can revert to my normal life which was taken for granted.
I would also be sharing on building good relationships which were crucial, as they provided a strong foundation for my current recovery process. Thus, I hope to inspire myself and empower a better self from the sharing of my feelings, thoughts and experiences from this volatile, undulating and depressive current journey to wellness.
I have compiled a mindfulness community that covers articles by a few great websites that touch on mindfulness, being positive and being strong. The Living Notes Channels are comprised of yoga and workouts videos that you could start your day with to release your endorphins and feel great for the day ahead.
