    It has been a long while since our last post. Life has been throbbing along as we navigate the tough and stressful elements that were thrown at us. There have been some resolutions but things are still uncertain. On a positive note, there have been signs of light at the end of the tunnel finally. During this challenging phase, apart from the exercise and yoga regime. We have also embraced meditation which has helped to calm the mind and senses when things are in their most chaotic state.
