Set Goals to Ease Depression Woes
When we are in a depression, it is really tough to put ourselves together. Maybe, we would just like to drown our sorrows or just take medication to ease the hurt and feelings. Nonetheless, all these are just stop-gap measures. We could grieve or just idle our time to get over the initial emotions for a couple of days- sleep it out, but let’s try to go on the path of getting well.
